Croy is arguably one of the wackiest Wack Packers. She has riveted Stern fans since 1994 with her astounding claims that Ronald Reagan and Fidel Castro stole her blueprints for a "nuclear incubation" project she was working on. Croy, who is always decked out in glitter, feathers and fur, once got completely naked in the studio for a "Frankenstein Makeover" contest.
